Dipl.-Ing. Dipl.-.Ing. Michael Flatscher brings a wealth of expertise to AutoVein, having excelled in both the economic-technical realm (holding a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering-Economics from the Vienna University of Technology) and the biomedical field (holding a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Vienna University of Technology). Furthermore, he has gained valuable experience in the development of medical devices for cardiac surgery during his tenure at an Israeli startup.

Following the completion of his studies, Michael served in various roles, including Product Manager for medical devices for cardiac surgery. During this time, he frequently observed various methods of vein extraction during numerous surgical procedures, thus inspiring the conception of AutoVein. His firsthand experience in product management and leading a sales team for a medical device distributor company equipped him with a nuanced perspective on market demands and user preferences, driving him to develop a solution that not only addresses clinical needs but also aligns with market expectations.

In his current capacity as CEO of AutoVein, Michael leads the company's strategic direction and product development activities.
