Mag. Walter Heindl

Mag. Walter Heindl is a financial expert with extensive and global experience in the field of Investment Banking and Capital Markets. He has held leadership positions for nearly 25 years in London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Frankfurt, including 13 years as a Managing Director. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and CEO of Nomura's post-Brexit EU unit in Frankfurt, Germany, as Country Head for Germany & Austria, and as Vice Chairman of Nomura's asset management business in Germany. 

In addition to his primary role in investment banking, Walter has also been active as an entrepreneur and angel investor. Since early 2019, Walter has been fully dedicated to his "second career" as an entrepreneur, consultant, and investor, primarily focusing on the Life Sciences sector (MedTech and BioTech).

In his role at Valeriot GmbH, Walter is responsible for Finance and Investor Relations, serving as the primary contact person for future partners interested in investing, and providing crucial guidance throughout the investment process
